Bell XR7 Helmets

The XR7 PRO helmet has a composite shell and is rated Snell SA2025. The XR7 ULTRA helmet has a carbon shell and is rated Snell SA2025 and FIA 8859-2024, so it also suits FIA events. Both share the same duckbill, adjustable vents and SmartLock visor.

The Bell XR7 PRO helmet replaced the Bell GP3 and GP3 Sport helmets, and the Bell XR7 ULTRA helmet replaced the Bell GP3 Carbon helmet. Both XR7 helmets keep the GP3's open-wheel focus and add the SmartLock visor system and a Snell SA2025 rating.

The Bell XR7 ULTRA weighs 1,420 g (3 lb 2 oz) in size 59 and up to 1,442 g (3 lb 3 oz) in size 58. Allow about 40 g either way. Weights by size are on the XR7 ULTRA product page.

Both XR7 helmets use the Bell SE07 3mm shield, the same shield as the Bell RS7 and XD7. The older GP3 used the SE03 shield, which does not fit the XR7.

Measure around the widest part of your head, about one inch above your eyebrows, and compare it with the size chart for that helmet. Try it on indoors first. If it doesn't fit, exchange it for another size or return it within 30 days in as-new condition, with original packaging and tags. Custom interior color helmets can't be returned.
