Bell BR8 Helmets

The BR8 SPORT helmet has a composite shell and comes in sizes S to XL, in White or Matte Black. The BR8 ULTRA helmet has a lighter carbon shell, comes in sizes 57- to 61+ and includes ear cups. Both are rated Snell SA2025 and share the same duckbill, vents and air setup kit.

Yes. Every BR8 helmet comes with a kit of cover plates and a low profile kit that converts it to left or right side air, 3/4 top air or full top air. Its air chamber system spreads forced air evenly around the head in each setup.

The Snell SA2025 Bell BR8 SPORT helmet replaced the earlier Snell SA2020 Bell BR8, and the Bell BR8 ULTRA helmet replaced the BR8 Carbon. Both keep the BR8's dirt-track design and side or top air setup.

The Bell BR8 uses its own version of the SRV-8 shield: the Bell SRV-8 DSAF shield for BR8 helmets. The M8's SRV-8 shield shares the name but is a different part and does not fit the BR8.

Measure around the widest part of your head, about one inch above your eyebrows, and compare it with the size chart for that helmet. Try it on indoors first. If it doesn't fit, exchange it for another size or return it within 30 days in as-new condition, with original packaging and tags. Custom interior color helmets can't be returned.
