Introducing the Zamp RZ-67D Graphic Helmet. This helmet has everything about the RZ-67D Carbon helmet with a really cool paint job to go along with it. This will ensure that the racing driver have the best looking, loudest paint job there on the track.

The RZ-67D is the best Zamp Dirt Track Helmet due to its functionality, Snell SA2025 approval, and number of features.  The shell is made of a carbon mix to make sure that this is as light as possible to ensure that no drivers get fatigued during the entirety of a race. The Zamp RZ-67D does offer a ton of key features, so let's go over a few.

What Makes the Zamp RZ-67D Ideal for All Dirt Track Racers

The Zamp RZ-67D Graphic Helmet is ideal for all dirt track racers due to the very minimal venting on the front of the chin bar. There are two small vents on each side, as well as one small vent in the front. It's designed specifically to keep the elements out while still giving you just enough airflow for those long dirt track battles.

How Does the Z20 Dirt Shield Keep Your Vision Crystal Clear

This Zamp Helmet comes with a Z-20 series clear anti-fog dirt shield right out of the box.

This is the best shield that Zamp offers. It's going to ensure that you do not fog up during a race. What makes this shield a dirt shield is that Zamp actually put a small rubber gasket on the top. This is to eliminate any debris, dirt, or roost hitting the front of the helmet and falling down into the eye ports. No more wiping your visor mid-race – just clear vision from start to finish.

Which Tear-Offs Work Best with the Zamp RZ-67D

If you are using tear-offs with this Zamp Dirt Track Helmet, the best tear-off that fits this would be a 12 1/8-inch banana style tear off. If you are using Z Optic brand tear offs, the part number is P208Z. It's super easy to swap them out between heats, so you always have a clean view.

RZ-67D Compatibility with Head and Neck Restraints and Forced Air

This helmet does come fully equipped with pre-drilled M6 threads both on the left and the right side of the helmets. These threads are fully applicable with any head and neck restraint device on the market.

The Zamp RZ-67D is fully compatible with forced air top air too. With the removal of the plugs at the top and the addition of any top air accessory, you are ensured to keep the driver as cool as possible – a must-have for those hot and dusty nights at the track.

What’s the DDAIR-System and How Does It Keep You Cool

The RZ-67D has the DDAIR System at the top of the helmet – it's a big upgrade to this series. What that means is that Zamp actually designed a new EPS shell around the entirety of the helmet to offer 360° air channeling to ensure that the driver is going to stay as cool as possible.

As visible on the video, there are four prominent channels there to keep the driver nice and cool during a race.

The Zamp RZ-67D keeps the air moving so you stay focused on the racing line instead of fighting the heat.

Customize the Fit of Your Zamp RZ-67D Dirt Track Helmet

The RZ67D uses the 28 series cheek pad and crown liner. These are removable and washable to ensure that your helmet stays nice and clean from weekend to weekend. It also offers the option to do a custom fit. You can run a different size crown liner versus a different size cheek pad to ensure that the helmet does fit you the best. Comfort is key when you're strapped in for 50 laps, and the Zamp Helmet gives you that perfect personalized feel.

How Do the Chin Curtains and Communication Features Help on Race Night

The RZ-67D features pre-installed chin curtains, one at the bottom and one at the top. This is to keep any debris or dirt from falling down into the mouth area.

The 28 series cheek pads allow for full communication – they have ear cups already pre-installed into the helmets. This acts as a noise-cancelling feature and also enhances the audio and volume of speakers. This helmet is friendly with both one-way and two-way communication. We do have many options for coil kits depending upon what plug style you're using, and we do offer two different styles of speakers. Stay connected with your crew without any hassle.

Why the Oversized Duck Bill on the RZ67D Chin Bar

The 67D offers an oversized larger duck bill here at the bottom of the chin bar. There are two purposes for that. It's going to protect drivers from debris and protect the neck area. It's also going to ensure that the helmet is as stable as possible at high speeds, pulling the helmet down rather than over the top of your head. That extra stability makes a huge difference when you're pushing hard through the corners.

What Colors, Sizes, and Where Can You Get the Zamp RZ-67D

As you've seen throughout this video, the Zamp RZ-67D does have a color-matched interior from color to color. Of course, these are all optional, and they are easily swappable. You can choose whatever color that you like. We do offer a wide variety of different 28 series colors.
