  • Fast Racer is providing Fast And Free Shipping on all US domestic orders with delivery times varying between 2-5 business days, depending on where it ships from and where you are located.
  • Items ship from warehouses located in Michigan, Illinois and Florida. 
  • Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you usually within 24 hours. Cut-off time is 12:00 pm ET (U.S. Eastern Time). Time frame does not include weekends and holidays.
  • We offer paid express delivery options with FedEx, UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service); Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • All orders including Overnight Delivery orders placed weekends or Federal Holidays will ship on the next business day.
  • Shipping on weekends: most orders placed by 11:00 am on Saturday will ship same day. We not ship orders on Sunday and holidays.
  • If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of this via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Most often, it will be noted in the item description if it is out of stock.
  • Fast Racer is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.
  • We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:
    • Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
    • Incorrect Addresses.
      • Should your order not arrive in a timely manner, we would appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue with the carrier’s claim process which can take from 6-8 weeks. 
      • Please pay combine all of your items in a single order. You need to pay for all items at the same time.  Failure to do so will may result in separate shipping fees for each individual item in case you choose any of the paid shipping options. 
        • We cannot combine your order if you have already paid. 
        • If shipping rates do not combine properly, contact us or send a buyer requested total.
