Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Fast Racer within 30 days of delivery. We will be gladly replace the product, give you credit or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

As new condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we would much appreciate a photo of the product(s) and package could be provided for our insurance claim purposes.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll do the best we can to ship you a replacement of the exact item. There is no guarantee that exact same item will be in stock though, and, in this case, we will give you an estimate date for shipping the item and/or offer you to exchange an item for another (different color or size).


Return in the original packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.

RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
You must contact us by email at adm@fastracer.com for obtaining a RA Number (Return Authorization Number). We will email the form to you usually within same day. Please fill form out along and send it back to us for approval. Do not return the item to us without authorization.

Failure to contact Fast Racer can significantly impact timely receipt of your refund. Once the product has been shipped back, the return will be refunded in full. Do not return the item to us without authorization.

Refund Process
Please allow up to 10 business days for domestic mail to arrive to us. An email will be sent to you once the return is processed. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the refund processes with us for roughly 3 business days. The rest of the processing time is up to your bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

Delivery and Pickup Charges deducted
We will deduct the original delivery and pickup charge from your refund.

International Customers
We're very sorry, but products shipped outside of the contiguous United States or Canada are not covered by this policy.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
