You may return most new, unopened items sold by Fast Racer within 30 days of delivery. We will be gladly replace the product, give you credit or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Some conditions apply.
1. USA Domestic Customers
As new condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused, new condition within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products that show sign of use, scratches, stains, damages, drilling, have missing labels / literature or any other modifications will not be returnable.
All returns are subject to inspection. Products that show signs of use, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected. These exceptions will be returned to sender, or disposed of, based on the customer's preference.
Alternatively, products that do not meet the criteria above are subjected to a restocking fee, minimum 15% of the purchase amount. All applicable fees will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to adjust the fee amount based on the condition of the product and its packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
We take great care to ensure that the right products are shipped to you. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item was shipped, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a photo of the product(s) and package for our insurance claim purposes and to identify the root cause of the issue.
Please note that we cannot accept items that have been used, even if they were damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will do our best to ship you a replacement of the exact item. However, please note that there is no guarantee that the exact same item will be in stock. In such cases, we will provide you with an estimated date for shipping the item and/or offer you an exchange for another item (in a different color or size).
Return in the original packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
When returning an item, please over-box with the original packaging which was used to ship to you. Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
If you have discarded the over-boxing materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for obtaining a RA Number (Return Authorization Number). We will email the form to you usually within same day. Please fill form out along and send it back to us for approval. Do not return the item to us without authorization.
Failure to contact Fast Racer can significantly impact timely receipt of your refund. Once the product has been shipped back, the return will be refunded in full. Do not return the item to us without authorization.
Please allow up to 10 business days for domestic mail to arrive to us. An email will be sent to you once the return is processed. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the refund processes with us for roughly 3 business days. The rest of the processing time is up to your bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details.
Delivery Charges deducted
We will deduct the original shipping delivery charge from your refund. We will send you a free pre-paid label for the return.
Return Shipping Charges for Oversized Items deducted.
- Return shipping is free of charge for most of the items, excluding oversized items. We will generate and send you a UPS or USPS pre-paid return shipping label.
- While 99% of our items can be returned free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee for oversized items, such as racing seats.
2. International CustomersWe're very sorry, but products shipped outside of the contiguous United States or Canada are not covered by this policy.
3. Final Sale Items/Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
4. Custom ItemsCustomized items, as example, Carbon Fiber Helmets with Custom Interior Colors or Custom Order Items cannot be returned.
