Where do you ship from?

Fast Racer orders will ship from from warehouses / fulfillment centers located in FL, CA, MI and VA. Our main warehouse is located in Orlando, FL, with 80-90% of the orders shipping out from this location.

What are the shipping options to the United States?

Fast Racer offers Fast 'N' Free Shipping on all US domestic orders. There is no minimum purchase and even the small stuff ships free.

Depending on where you are located and which warehouse we are shipping from, you can expect your order to arrive from 2-5 business days. Simple choose “Free Shipping (2-5 business days)” at the checkout.

We also offer expedited shipping at discounted rates in case you want to receive your order earlier. We want to make sure you get the best service and spend least money as possible.

How much is the shipping cost?

We do offer Free shipping on all orders within Domestic US. However, if you want your order delivered faster, you can get your own shipping & handling quote from our website. Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process, before we ask for any payment details.

What is Saturday Delivery?

“Saturday Delivery” is an expedited delivery service offered by FedEx and UPS. Basically, it guarantees that an order placed after 4:00 pm EST on Thursday and before 4:00 pm EST on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.

Notes

  • If you place an order on Thursday and choose 2nd Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
  • If you place an order on Friday and choose Next Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
  • Guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available for standard ground shipping.
  • The carrier will only make one attempt to deliver on Saturday.
  • This service is not available in all areas.

International Orders

Do you ship worldwide?

Fast Racer serves worlwide customers outside of the United States of America with very, very few exceptions. If you are able to add your shipping address during the checkout process (before we ask for any payment details), it means your country is served.

Are customs, duties and taxes included in the price for international orders?

Customs, duties and taxes are not included for international orders and they must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Fast Racer cannot predict or controle these charges as customer policies vary widely and may change frequently.

Order Statuses

When Can I Expect my order to arrive?

The best way is to check your order page, through the tracking number that was provided.

The shipping time will start counting the next business day after the order was placed. For example, if you placed your order on Friday, before the carrier pick up, your order will depart on Friday and delivered to you on Tuesday (2nd business not counting the day your order was placed).

I placed an order but I didn’t receive an email confirmation. How do I know my order was received?

We send an automated email confirming each order received. Sometimes, though, they end up in the spam or promotions folder. Please, check these folders and whitelist @fastracer.com so you can receive future updates on existing or new orders.

Size Charts

Where can I find the sizing charts?

Size charts will very depending on the brand and, type of product. We want to make it easy for you so we added a picture with the sizing chart information. It is always in the left size, together with the product pictures. 

In all newly listed products, though, in additional picture is now being added in the product description, so it is even easier for you to identify it.

Returns on Domestic Orders

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unused, as new condition item sold by Fast Racer within 30 days of delivery. We will be gladly refund the purchase price. Some conditions apply:

  • As new condition. Products that shows signs of use, scratches, stains, damages, drilling, smoke odor, evidence of being installed or has any other modifications will not be returnable.
  • All returns are subject to inspection. Products that show signs of use, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected. These exceptions will be returned to sender, or disposed of, based on the customer's preference.
  • Alternatively, products that do not meet the criteria above are subjected to a restocking fee, minimum 15% of the purchase amount. All applicable fees will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to adjust the fee amount based on the condition of the product and its packaging.
  • Return in the original packaging. Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
  • Original delivery charges deducted. The original paid shipping delivery fee is not refundable. We will deduct the original shipping delivery charge from your refund. We will send you a free pre-paid label for the return.
  • Return shipping charges for oversized items will be deducted. While 99% of our items can be returned free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee for oversized items, such as racing seats. 
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Final sale, outlet or closeout items cannot be returned.
  • Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, cannot be returned after they have been opened.
  • Wheels and/or tires cannot be returned after they have been mounted.

    Notes:
    • If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts", they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
    • When returning an item, please over-box with the original packaging which was used to ship to you. Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
    • If you have discarded the over-boxing materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
    • All returns are subject to inspection.
    • Products that show signs of use, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected. These exceptions will be returned to sender or disposed of, based on the customer's preference.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    How can I return an item I ordered?

    We make returns easy here at Fast Racer. However, before starting a return, make sure your return meets our Returns & Exchanges Policy

    We are no longer accepting returns without contacting us first, through the contact us form, online chat, email adm@fastracer.com or Text/SMS to +1 844-532-7837. 

    If you contact us after our business hours, you will receive and email from us the next business day.  Sometimes, though, they end up in the spam or promotions folder. Please, check these folders and whitelist @fastracer.com so you can receive future updates on existing or new orders.

    If you gave us all the information we need (e.g: name and order number), we will generate and send you a UPS or USPS return shipping label. Then, just drop the package off at the local UPS store or USPS location.

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    • Return shipping is free of charge for most of the items, excluding oversized items. We will generate and send you a UPS or USPS pre-paid return shipping label. 
    • Return shipping charges for oversized items will be deducted. While 99% of our items can be returned free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee for oversized items, such as racing seats. 

     

    Returns on International Orders

    Due to the complexity for international orders (taxes) and freight charges, we are unable to accept international returns at this moment.

    Do you have the item I want in stock?

    We worked hard to make it easy for you to identify if an item is in stock easily on the website. If the product page allows you to select the item you want, for example, including an specific color and/or size, you can buy with confidence.

    "In stock" means we currently have the product on our shelves or one of our suppliers has the product on their warehouse. This item is “ready to ship” and is not “backordered”. It will be delivered to you by the method you choose during the checkout process.

    Regular items that are “backordered” and are not “ready to ship” are shown as “not available” and the website will not allow the customer to add it to the shopping cart.

    It the website does not allow you to select the product or a variant size or color, for example, it means the item you want are not available in stock. You can contact us to get an ETA on the item and we will be happy to help you.

    When a product is showns as “Specials Order”, this means we do not have the product in our warehouse and it will be “special ordered for you from our supplier” when you order it from us. Generally, we do not intend to keep an inventory of these items. “Special Order” products could be shipped directly from the supplier or they could be shipped to us first. Then, we would ship it to you. The available shipping options will be provided during the checkout process.

    Do you accept orders and payment by Phone?

    All orders are processed on the website. This is and easy process, most convenient and safest. We are unable to get credit card and billing information by phone. 

    How can I pay for my Order?

    We do accept multiple payment methods on our online platform, including but not limited to:

    Will I be charged sales tax?

    Fast Racer collects and remit sales tax based on your state and/or local requirements. We are making every reasonable effort to comply with the law, whenever it applies.

    We are currently charging sales tax to the state of Mchigan, where we have physical presence (physical nexus). However, as soon as we finish the process or creating the new legal entity in Florida and complete the merger/transfer from Michigan, we will start collecting sales taxes for all orders shipped to the state of Florida.

    Have in mind that many states might require us to charge sales taxes even though we do not have a physical presence in the state. Through the concept of “economic nexus”, depending on the volume of orders/sales to a particular state per year, we might be obligated to collect sales taxes. If that is the case, our platform wil calculate the sales tax and charge you the right amount at checkout.

    Are you shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Fast Racer electronic Gift Card. 

    You can buy a gift card through a link in the main menu or typing “gift card” in the search bar at home page. Simply choose the amount you want, quantity and, proceed to checkou as if you were purchasing any other product.
