Domestic Shipping
The main fulfillment center is located in Orlando, FL and most orders ship from there. However, your order might ship from other warehouses or fulfillment centers in Florida, California, North Carolina, Idaho or Michigan.
Yes. We can ship your order to any hotel address in the USA. Just make sure you place your order in advance so it can be delivered ideally at the time you are already at the hotel and at least one day before your departure.
If you are using our free or flat-rate shipping option, have in mind the vast majority of orders will arrive in 3-6 business days, as it depends on where you are located and which warehouse we are shipping from.
However, if you need to receive your order sooner, there are other expedited shipping options at discounted rates. We want to make sure you get the best service and spend as little money as possible.
We would recommend that you send us a message right after you place your order, saying the date range you will stay at that location so we can ship your order and match your desired delivery date.

Shipping rates are determined by the package weight, size, destination and desired shipping speed. The best way to get an estimate or actual shipping costs is on our website.
FAST RACER offers FREE shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (excluding a small number of oversized or specially handled items).
For orders under $50, we offer a subsidized flat-rate shipping fee of $5.
Depending on where you are located and which warehouse we are shipping from, the majority of orders will arrive in 3-6 business days.
We also offer expedited shipping at discounted rates in case you want to receive your order earlier. We want to make sure you get the best service and spend as little money as possible.
Important details about free shipping and flat-rate shipping:
- These offers apply only to the contiguous (mainland) United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations do not qualify.
- Standard delivery time is typically 3–6 business days. In rare cases, carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances may extend this timeframe.
- Lightweight items (2 lbs or less) are shipped primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Heavier items will ship primarily via UPS® Ground. or FedEx Home Delivery®.
- Shipments to U.S. military APO/FPO addresses are sent exclusively via USPS. No expedited options are available for these destinations.
- Due to distance and special military handling requirements, delivery to APO/FPO locations may take up to 45 additional days. Once the package enters military mail processing, detailed tracking updates are often unavailable.

“Saturday Delivery” is an expedited delivery service offered by FedEx and UPS. Basically, it guarantees that an order placed after 3:00 pm EST on Thursday and before 3:00 pm EST on Friday, will be delivered on Saturday.
Notes
- If you place an order on Thursday and choose 2nd Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
- If you place an order on Friday and choose Next Day Air without Saturday Delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday.
- Guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available for standard ground shipping.
- The carrier will only make one attempt to deliver on Saturday.
- This service is not available in all areas.
International Orders
FAST RACER serves worldwide customers outside of the United States of America with very, very few exceptions. If you are able to add your shipping address during the checkout process (before we ask for any payment details), it means your country is served.

Customs, duties and taxes are not included for international orders and they must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, FAST RACER cannot predict or control these charges as customer policies vary widely and may change frequently.

Order Statuses and Confirmations
If you pick our free ground shipping option at checkout, the processing time is usually 1-2 business days.
If you pay for shipping, we will fulfill your order the same day for orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time on most business days. Otherwise, they will be shipped out the next business day.
You will receive the tracking number by email once the order is fulfilled.
The best way is to check your order page, through the tracking number that was provided.
The shipping time is always measured in business days and starts counting the next business day after the order was placed.
- Example #1: You place an order with a 2-day shipping speed on Friday BEFORE the carrier pickup cut-off time: your order will ship on Friday and be delivered by Tuesday (the second business day after the day the order was shipped).
- Example #2: You place an order with a 2-day shipping speed on Friday AFTER the carrier pickup cut-off time: your order will ship on MONDAY and be delivered by WEDNESDAY (the second business day after the day the order was shipped).

Size Charts
Size charts will very depending on the brand and, type of product. We want to make it easy for you so we added a picture with the sizing chart information. It is always in the right size, together with the product pictures.
In all newly listed products, though, an additional picture is now being added in the product description, so it is even easier for you to identify it. Just scroll down the page until you see it.
We understand size charts can be a little confusing sometimes, with conflicting information. Here is a useful recommendation: pick a size that fits your longer measurement!

Returns on Domestic Orders
You may return most new, unused, as new condition item sold by Fast Racer within 30 days of delivery. We will be gladly refund the purchase price. Some conditions apply:
As new condition. Products that shows signs of use, scratches, stains, damages, drilling, smoke odor, evidence of being installed or has any other modifications will not be returnable.
Return in the original packaging. Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
Original delivery charges deducted. The original paid shipping delivery fee is not refundable. We will deduct the original shipping delivery charge from your refund. We will send you a free pre-paid label for the return.
- Custom-ordered or personalized products cannot be returned.
- Final sale, outlet or closeout items cannot be returned.
- Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, cannot be returned after they have been opened.
- Wheels and/or tires cannot be returned after they have been mounted.

Notes:
- If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts", they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
- When returning an item, please over-box with the original packaging which was used to ship to you. Doing so will help to prevent damage to the manufacturer’s packaging which would then make the item non-resalable and therefore non-returnable.
- If you have discarded the over-boxing materials, the UPS or FedEx store can help to ensure that your return arrives in resalable condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Products that show signs of use, abuse, or improper handling may be rejected. These exceptions will be returned to sender or disposed of, based on the customer's preference.

If you gave us all the information we need (e.g: name and order number), we will generate and send you an UPS, FedEx or USPS return shipping label. Then, just drop the package off at the local UPS store, FedEx, or USPS location - matching the shipping label that was provided to you for the return.
No. Return shipping is free of charge for most of the items, excluding oversized items. We will generate and send you a UPS, FedEx or USPS pre-paid return shipping label.
Return shipping charges for oversized items will be deducted. While 99% of our items can be returned free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee for oversized items, such as racing seats.
Due to the complexity for international orders (taxes) and freight charges, we are unable to accept international returns at this moment.

Our Services
FAST RACER inventory is reflected live on the website. It is easy to identify whether the product variant as size and color is in stock or not.
If you select the color and size you want, and the system allows you to click the "add to cart" button, that variant is in stock. Otherwise, it will show as "Sold Out" and will only allow you to be notified when back in stock.
"In stock" means we currently have the product on our shelves or one of our suppliers has the product on their warehouse. This item is “ready to ship” and is not “backordered”. It will be delivered to you by the method you choose during the checkout process.
It the website does not allow you to select the product or a variant size or color, for example, it means the item you want are not available in stock.
When a product is shown as “Special Order”, this means we do not have the product in our warehouse and it will be “special ordered for you from our supplier” when you order it from us. Generally, we do not intend to keep an inventory of these items. “Special Order” products could be shipped directly from the supplier or they could be shipped to us first. Then, we would ship it to you. The available shipping options will be provided during the checkout process.
When a product is shown as “Coming Soon”, this means we expect to receive the product in our warehouse in a few weeks. You can sign up for a notification when it is available and be among the first ones to buy and receive that product.
You can contact us to get an ETA on the item and we will be happy to help you. Alternatively, you can select the variant you want at the product page and click the button "Notify Me When Available". This way, you can receive an email and/or SMS as soon as the product is available at the warehouse.

All orders are processed on the website. This is and easy process, most convenient and safest.
We are unable to get credit card and billing information by phone.

FAST RACER collects and remit sales tax based on your state and/or local requirements. We are making every reasonable effort to comply with the law, whenever it applies.
We currently charge sales tax to all orders with a shipping address within the state of Florida, where we have physical presence (physical nexus). However, if you pay using Shop Pay, we must collect Sales Tax automatically for all states.
Have in mind that many states might require us to charge sales taxes even though we do not have a physical presence in the state. Through the concept of “economic nexus”, depending on the volume of orders/sales to a particular state per year, we might be obligated to collect sales taxes. If that is the case, our platform will calculate the sales tax and charge you the right amount at checkout.
