No. Per Bell, the M8 lining and cheek pads are not removable and have no openings for earcups, so they are not set up for radio or earcup installs. Bell offers removable cheek pads with channels for radio systems and drink tubes on its Pro line instead. If you need that setup, look at the Bell GT6 PRO and its RD-4C versions.
