Yes. The RZ-70F comes pre-drilled with M6 threads on both the left and right sides of the shell, under removable plugs. According to Zamp, M6 is the universal thread size for head and neck restraint anchors, so you can mount a HANS device or other head and neck restraint without modifying the helmet. Always follow your restraint maker's installation instructions.
