Bell doesn't restrict the RCA connector to a specific speaker brand in its product documentation, it's designed to accept your own choice of in-ear speakers. If you want speakers built in instead of sourcing your own, choose an RD-4C/EC configuration, which replaces the RCA setup with integrated ear cups at the same price as its RD-4C counterpart.
