The Bell XR7 PRO is Snell SA2025-certified only; the Bell XR7 ULTRA adds FIA 8859-2024 homologation on top of Snell SA2025, a $600 difference for one added certification. Both share the same core platform: carbon-composite construction, SmartLock visor system, and HANS/FHR-anchor compatibility. The honest tradeoff: if your series doesn't require FIA 8859-2024, the extra $600 buys you a certification you can't use.
