Only the Bell RS7 LITE Ultra includes ear cups standard. The RS7 Pro and RS7 Ultra do not include ear cups, so you'd need to source them separately if you buy either of those two tiers. Ear cups affect fit, noise reduction, and comms compatibility, so it's worth checking before you buy if an in-ear communication system is part of your setup.
