In most cases, yes — if your country's address is accepted during checkout, before any payment details, your country is served. Customs, duties, and taxes aren't included in the listed price and are the buyer's responsibility once the shipment reaches your country. International returns aren't currently accepted due to customs and freight complexity — see FAST RACER's FAQ page for more on international orders.
