My head size measures 59.3 cm which falls in between the medium and large sizes for Bell helmets.

I have always fit into a large for Arai and Shoei helmets which place their Large size on the 59 to 60 cm range. The Bell helmets are offset from this range placing me in between sizes.

If you places between sizes, it means the lowest size is not going to work for you. So, I recommend the next size. For the Bell M8, the Medium size only fits a head up to 59 cm. Above 59 cm, it is recommended to go to a Large size.
