This youth racing helmet does not come with M6 inserts for head and neck restraints, so it is not compatible with your son's HANS chest piece. You will need a youth helmet with SFI 24.1 certification. Those will have factory-built-in M6 inserts enabling seamless attachment of head and neck restraint systems. Here are some examples:
