The difference between the MagLock Air Kit and the MagLock Coaxial (now named DUO) is that the Maglock Air kit is for air only, and the MagLock Coaxial has a fitting in the center that holds a waterline for hydration delivery.
See attached picture of the MagLock Duo kit for reference. While the Maglock Air connector is hollow, the MagLock coaxial has a 3-prong fitting in the center.
